Super easy overnight oats

Easy breakfast

About the Recipe


50g rolled oats

1tbs ground almonds OR1 tbs nut butter e.g. almond butter OR 1tbs chopped nuts

1 tbs ground flaxseed OR ground chia seed

Handful (80g) berries/ cherries/ dried fruit

1tsp cinnamon/ginger/mixed spice

120ml approx. plant-based milk


Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl or jar. Cover and pop in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, give it another stir and enjoy!

You can top this with extra berries or fruit such as sliced banana, grated apple or whatever you fancy to increase your fruit intake!

If you want to sweeten it, add a little honey or maple syrup.

This will keep in the fridge for a couple of days, just stir before eating.
