Hello, I am Melanie Jopling, a registered Nutritional Therapist (CNHC) and Nutritionist (MBANT)
While working at a senior level in education, I developed chronic fatigue syndrome / myalgic encephalitis (CFS/ME), and hyperthyroidism, which led me to rethink my career and undertake three years of post-graduate education in Nutrition Science and Practice.

Now completely symptom-free, I am passionate about supporting people like you to overcome health challenges through scientific, evidence-based approaches enabling my clients to live fulfilling lives. Outside of work, I love to recharge my batteries by spending time in nature, wild swimming, taking long walks with my dog or escaping for a few days in my campervan. I am a true foodie and have recently spent time perfecting baking delicious gluten-free, egg and dairy-free desserts.
